Lorena Conner Felipe Guerrero I got this as a gift for someone who has trouble staying warm. They really love it and use it all the time. Heated seats can only do so much and this really makes a difference. I was worried about it not getting hot enough or working that well, but so far it seems to be doing really well. Get it if you have someone who wants to cook you out of the car with the heater and you just want to be able to breath.
Rosa Huff This blanket is exactly what I needed. I was originally looking for a "seat warmer" to put in the car, but couldn't find one in my price range that got reliable ratings. So purchased this based on the positive reviews. We've had it about a month and it's worked great. I fold it and put it under and over my lap while driving, or when I'm in the back seat we spread it out for several of us to share. So that is a good feature - isn't just a one person use. I have been diligent about unplugging after use as other reviewers have suggested. It takes about 10 minutes or less to warm to a comfortable heat. It's not hot like my at-home electric blanket, but it's what I expected and I would recommend it.
