Leo Garrett When I first got it I accidently turned it on a bit too high and found myself jumping out of my seat because it felt really uncomfortable but that was my fault. I recommend slowly turning up over time starting from whatever you are most comfortable at if you get this. Also definitely, if you are a man shave your abs area because even a little hair can cause an itching/tingling sensation when it is turned on. Using this consistently and doing regular work outs I have seen improvement in muscle tone, in fact for the first time I can see my abs if I flex which I never could before. Although I have yet to see the even longer term effects so far it seems to be doing it's job. None-the-less I believe this tool is only a supplement, you should definitely be doing other core workouts and if you have relatively high levels of body fat this won't do anything with getting rid of fat only makes muscles more visible which you can only see if you lose weight.

Brandi Ruiz I had been waiting sometime to try out this product. I finally pulled the trigger. What I noticed was that the unit did not deliver a large enough pulse for me to feel it. But I realized that the batteries I was using were poor quality. Also, I have a 38 inch waist with some belly fat so this may have had something to do with me not feeling the pulses. The adhesive was great. I have some hair on my stomach and stuck perfectly. All in all not a bad product.
Jeannette Flores I tried this last night. It was easy to set up. Simply but batteries into the remote device amd connect to the strap you will use. Then remove the plastic cover on the body strap md place on body. Turn the remote on and sit back and relax. I stated on level 2 and felt the slight tingling straight away. It goes for 12 minutes which is perfect. Once I took it off I felt my muscles contract a little which I think is a good sign. I will continue to use daily and look forward to seeing the results.

Of course this made me more motivated so I used them more often, and I noticed more of a difference. You can for sure feel the tightness, this is probably my favorite part. it says it'll show progress in about 10 weeks, this is my 2nd, so i will post my pictures later down the road. i like how you can choose different settings that suite your body and needs. you can wear this product under your clothes, i suggest doing a baggy shirt or they can see the wires. the product is so far really good quality, the price i payed for it was decent, customer service has been amazing!
