REALLY great product - I do a quick set of pushups before bed (rotating between R-G-B-Y each night) and have noticed huge changes in just a few months.
Given, I did zero exercise before hand - but that's why this product is so great...
I actually USE this product consistently. It's so simple for me to pump out some push ups while swishing mouth wash before bed - it has become second nature.
I've noticed better posture, more toned muscles, and have dropped from 175 to 168 in a few months. I went from about 5 pushups per night to 30 right now.
Again, I am not some exercise buff - I'm a workaholic who sits in front of the computer and eats junk food religiously. That's why this product is SO VALUABLE to me... It's one of only fitness products I've ever used consistently, because it's so easy to use. It took me just a couple days to build the habit, and it's one of the only 'healthy habits' I've ever had...
Highly recommended - maybe not for the fitness buff who lives at the gym, but SO PERFECT for the 'everyday joe'...

Im 37 and have been working out since I was 15. This is the BEST thing I have EVER used to workout. I stopped using the gym in my home because of this (except for legs). One problem though, the chest button in my shirts started to pull a lot so I had to change my wardrobe a little. I wear more polo's and sweaters now lol. The most inner grips for shoulders and chest I don't use (I don't think they are good for the wrist. But this has literally changed the way I work out permanently. Pound for Pound with amazing results in a very short time. I also bought one for my 18 year old son and he he also addicted. I talk about it so much that people thought I was apart of the companies marketing team. I also pack it up when I travel.

Been using 3 weeks and can already notice a difference. Granted you could get fine results going old school, but this helped motivate me and switch it up a bit. Also includes cardio sets and descriptions you can do in between your push ups. I have not used these as I tend to get my cardio running and biking, but could be handy for you. Remember to flex your stomach muscles and you'll be getting a core workout as well.

I love this product! It doesn't take up much space, it's fairly light, it works well on all even surfaces, and gives your muscles a great burn. When I first bought this I was worried about the sturdiness of the product, but don't worry this thing is pretty dang solid. They've made it super easy by color coating the different muscle groups and the different position needed to work them out. This is by far my favorite push up product I have tried, in fact I just bought one for my brother in-law for Christmas. This review probably makes me sound like I was paid by the company, but I wasn't paid or asked to leave this review its just a great product.

Well this thing is awesome. Just got it for christmas and the whole family has tried it out. We all like how there are different positions for a pushup and I like that it doesn't move when I'm going down. The only thing that I found that it needed was something on the bottom to prevent it from sliding. Make sure to use this on a mat or something because on hard wood floor or even short haired carpet, the boards may slide. I bought it with the bag to store. The bag is rather thin but better than leaving the item exposed to damage.

this is nothing but a template for push ups, you could easily do the exercises without this product, BUT if you are a beginner like me this is the best you can get! it forces you to do the exercises with proper form and posture! which is something many beginners like me struggle when changing from being a potato to an active person. I am happy to share that I can now perform at least 5 push ups of each variation, which does not sound that much but for someone that struggled with even knee push ups, I consider it an improvement.

I use this everyday and for 2 months straight I actually got abs showing. My arms look huge and I finally got the shoulders I wanted. I became addicted to this. It's hard but I do the full circuit in the morning and again at night. I do extra sets and reps for shoulders and the ab working they give you helped me out greatly while I wear a sweat wrap while doing them. My results were noticeable to my friends I even got my friends to buy this after they borrowed it from me for 3 days and loved it.

If you use it more consistently your soft hands will develop into manly meat hooks capable of crushing average mortals. I do anywhere from 150 to 750 push ups daily and when I was in Army I could easily exceed a thousand a day. This is the best device I've ever used for push ups; better than perfect push up in all ways except portability. The key to success is I set my phone to alarm every 15 minutes from 730 to 1030 each evening. When it is time just drop and knock out out as many as possible. DONT COUNT! Push as many as possible. In a month you will be able to do 50 or more perfectly. If you can do 40-50 push-ups you can probably bench your weight at least once which most people cannot do.
The sets are phenomenal and the tool is super sturdy and I find grips comfortable - in fact due to wrist issue I can't do normal hands on floor push ups without big pain, zero when I have a grip like these, which is why I bought perfect push-ups years ago. I saw these and figured for under 50$ I would try. I love this and last few months were great. It allows you to do push ups and target muscle groups you never thought a push up set could ( or muscles you didn't know you had lol!).
These also of double duty as parallette bars to do some very basic core work as the set is sturdy- the manufacturer should demo that ability- it's a real Easter egg with this tool.
If you are starting out do as I suggested- at nights set your phone or a timer to consistently go off every 15 to 20 minutes for at least 6-8 sets. Do as many as possible using good form and if you can't don't be shy to drop to knees, just keep that back straight and try to keep your head up not dangling! If you are sore skip one day only- after a few nights do daily and each time aim to keep perfect form more than number of push ups.
Add a body vest and do body weight squats and you will have a home gym that's slips under your couch when you aren't using it and can build serious muscle. With the vest you can really challenge yourself on push ups! It will smoke you like a cheap cigar!

I don’t review unless I’m compelled to do so. This piece of mechanics is great. Although I know how to do these exercises on my own, this product makes it easy, efficient, and is dependable in a way that you cannot cheat in anyway. No need for a big home gym that a lot of us have spent money on. No smith machine needed. Just good ol strength and about 20 minutes of your time. You can follow the routines that are included via cell phone scan, or use the chart included, or just get down and do the colors that coincide with your personal exercise plan that day. I have not worked out in a while. The first day I got this I did the whole upper body from start to finish only doing 5 reps per set. 2 days later I gave the normal feeling of torn muscle fibers that you get when you take time off and life free weights at the gym. I love it. The best part it doesn’t take up space. Include your own cardio, stretching, and core training and you’re set. ( I have never given a 5 star review before). The Power Press takes out the guess work.

Was worry about quality until the product arrived it feels solid and include a work out program very happy with it.
